TMF 645 Service Qualification

Check Service Qualification is a part of the quoting process in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM). When you enter the address of the customer and the required service that you want to sell to the customer, validate if the services can be offered in the respective addresses or sites. Service validation is an external call made by ESM.

To check service qualification:

1. Create a quote.
2. Add addresses.
3. Select the services to be provided.
4. Initiate Service Validation.

The Omnistudio Integration Procedure associated with the flow makes a call to the external system. When the app is deployed via Mulesoft Direct for Salesforce Communications Cloud, a named credential is created, which abstracts the callout to the Mule app. The ESM/checkServiceQualification Integration Procedure (IP) calls the Mule app. A new version of this IP is created and the TMF API call step is modified to call the respective named credential.
